Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bar Buddy mobile application (“App”) and website (“Service”) operated by Bar Buddy (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Accounts

You may sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the App, which will permanently remove all your data.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers an auto-renewable subscription and one-time in-app purchases (“Packs”). All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms.

Free Trial. New users receive a 7-day free trial of the subscription. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
Renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds. Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as they process all payments.

User Content

You retain ownership of the recipes and ingredients you create (“User Content”). By using the sharing features, you grant other users a license to view and import shared recipes into their own bars.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and pack content (recipes and ingredients provided by us) are our intellectual property. Pack recipes and ingredients may not be redistributed outside the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
